“I have always loved hospitality and bringing people together through good food, drinks, and a warm atmosphere. From my experience working in luxury hotels such as the Four Seasons, Langham Hotel, and a series of elevated restaurants, I was taught that no matter the experience, give it your all.
Craft Cocktail Workshops

In these workshops, hosted by Emma herself, you will learn exactly how to bring a luxury experience to your guests through your wine and beverage list. These lessons are all about menu development for beverages ranging in topics from wines across the world, to home-crafted cocktails.
