Where good taste and good company come together.

I have found that pretty much anything can be fixed with good company, conversation, and cocktails.

It all started during the 2020 pandemic when we were all stuck at home and going out for anything special was completely nixed from the picture. For a girl who loves her social hour, this was a little more than I could bear, so I decided to bring the good times home to me.

I started teaching myself how to craft cocktails from my kitchen counter, and realized that my concoctions were better than most drinks I was getting at the trendy hot spots I used to frequent! Plus there was the added bonus of being able to substitute for my favorite liquors, use homegrown garnishes and opt for higher-line ingredients. Using products whose brands believe in sustainability and bettering the earth are the ones that I like to support.

Honestly, it started to feel selfish to keep my creations all to myself, so I started a YouTube channel called 100 Proof Emma and an Instagram page @100proofemma.

I guess people loved them because shortly after that, I was asked to write for The Tasting Panel Magazine, a national hospitality publication, where I have been contributing articles since the beginning of 2021!

With the added exposure and my growing love for mixology and wine, thus came the natural progression to hostessing fine dining experiences.

I learned that the best memories are made around the dinner table.

I have always loved hospitality and bringing people together through good food, a warm atmosphere, and a healthy dose of alcohol. From my experience working in luxury hotels such at the Four Seasons, a former Ritz-Carlton, and a series of elevated restaurants, I was taught that no matter the experience, give it your all. When I host an event you can be well-assured that there is not only thought and precision behind every element but more dedication and heart than the average event planner.

Which is why I primarily host elevated, intimate affairs.

My clients come to me for birthday dinners, wedding-related events, elegant baby & bridal showers, business events, family dinners, and engagements. 

Typically I serve parties as small as 6-10, and as large as 16-24, I like to keep my gatherings intimate for sake of my guest’s privacy. This also allows me to keep all of my cocktails hand-crafted with care, and the gourmet dishes cooked perfectly to your and your guest’s liking in a timely manner. To me, the flow and timing of an event are just as important as the actual food on the plate and the drink in the glass. Wonderfully Curated Consulting events are brought together by thoughtful details and intentionality at every stage.

My goal is for you and your guests to be so caught up in the festivities and effortlessly elegant atmosphere that you lose track of the time altogether.

Something I am particularly known for is my award-winning, Passion In Paradise margarita. The flavors of coconut and passion fruit makes one dream of sunbathing in Maui (where I got engaged, btw). Some crowd favorites are my Lychee Martini, Smoked Irish Whiskey, or Celebration Cake cocktail. They have all of the elements of the timeless classic but made to bring in those cozy fall vibes that instantly make you feel warm and ready to hang out with your friends by the fire.

I’m also guilty of needing to source the FRESHEST food. Although I’m a Kentucky native, I’m a California girl now and I know good taste. If the dish doesn’t surpass my expectations, I’m not serving it to my clients -- because they are a reflection of me. I just can’t have my clients thinking I don’t have good taste!
